Harvest Moon Music Festival Finds New Home for 2025
A Soulful Celebration of Music & Community
After two unforgettable sold-out years, the beloved Harvest Moon Music Festival is returning in 2025 — with a brand new home at the Nymboida Camping & Canoeing Inc. (NC&C) in the Clarence Valley, NSW.
Born in the wake of COVID-19 as a healing outlet for musicians stripped of their stages, the festival has blossomed into a much-anticipated grassroots celebration. Originally hosted on a private 16-acre property by founders Marty & Chris Johnson, the festival offered an intimate weekend of music, camping, and connection — with professional production, donated performances, and a focus on artist wellbeing.
Now, in partnership with NC&C, a community owned, not for profit organisation, Harvest Moon is set to expand while preserving its warm, boutique soul. The 2025 event will run across Friday 19th and Saturday 20th September, featuring a carefully curated mix of local and regional acts, market stalls, food vendors, and camping under the stars.
Friday night is exclusively for campers, with live bands, immersive audio/visual sets, and a communal BBQ. Saturday opens to Day Ticket Holders with a full lineup from 10am–11pm, featuring soloists, duos, and full bands. Artists include Billie-Jo Porter, Hats Off, Phil Wakeling Band, Black Cows, Brodie Buttons, and Fiona Boyes.
Tickets are strictly limited to 350 campers and 150 Saturday day passes, maintaining the intimate vibe that has become the festival’s hallmark.
The event is proudly backed by a powerhouse committee including local production legends 953 Livesound, industry veteran Phil Wakeling, and NC&C Inc. committee members.
With a vision rooted in sustainability, inclusivity, and mental health support for artists, Harvest Moon is poised to become a fixture on the regional festival calendar.
